Free Return Policy:

   - All parts and accessories that were sent with the product must be present and undamaged.

- Electronics that have been opened, used, or have broken seals

- Can only be exchanged if defective

Personal Care & Hygiene

- Opened underwear, bras, or socks

- Used or unsealed cosmetics, skincare, or toiletries

Perishable & Consumable Goods

- Fresh or frozen food

- Flowers and live plants

Customized or Personalized Products

- Engraved, monogrammed, or custom-made items

- Products modified at the customer’s request

- Items damaged after delivery

Digital Products

- E-books, software downloads

- Gift cards (once used or partially redeemed)

Health & Safety Items

- Face masks, PPE kits, thermometers

Clearance or Final Sale Items

- Marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase

3. Timeframe:

   - A return request must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

   - After this period, we will not be able to accept any return requests for the product.

7. Product Replacement:

   - If you prefer to exchange the product rather than receive a refund, you can request an exchange for another product.

   - The exchange process follows the same return conditions, where the product must be in its original condition.

   - If there is a price difference between the two products, the difference will either be collected or refunded according to the new price.

8. Damaged or Defective Products:

   - If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you should contact us as soon as possible.

   - We will provide immediate arrangements for a product replacement at no extra cost.
