1 cup hot sauce (such as Tabasco or any other sauce you prefer) 100 grams unsalted butter 3 tablespoons white vinegar ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon sugar A pinch of salt A pinch of red chili pepper (optional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and red chili pepper (if you prefer hot sauce). Stir well until the butter is completely melted. Continue stirring until the mixture begins to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly before using.
